Wellbeing Week

What a wonderful time was had at Baytree for wellbeing week. We know your emotional health is just as important as your physical health and volunteers and girls came together to learn new skills on coping with negative emotions and challenging their inner critic whilst also taking part in fun wellbeing activities such as friendship bracelet making and baking. All the girls got a special wellbeing booklet to take home full of wellbeing tips and tricks and we finished off the week with a screening of Pixar’s “Inside Out” (and some pick n mix too!)

A special thank you to Anna for her soothing yoga sessions, Lisa for a blood pumping dance class, Ella and Ali for teaching us how to relieve stress through boxing and Clarita and Kalisha for their fabulous pampering sessions.
