We offer exciting and varying opportunities for girls in year 10 and above to volunteer in afterschool clubs at BAYTREE (4-5pm or 5-6pm). Volunteers need to commit to one hour a week, for 6-10 weeks. Clubs include one to one reading, art, maths, literacy, science and coding. Volunteering is a great way for girls and young women to develop skills for life such as communication, time management, teamwork skills, build their CV, as well as make a difference in their community.
Volunteering is also an important part of our Character Development Programme, as it supports girls to develop purpose, resilience, fairness, good judgement and self-control. Girls and young women are prepared and trained for their volunteer role and supported throughout their journey.
