Social Mobility Coach
We are looking for a Social Mobility Coach to join our Women’s Service Team.
The Coach’s role will be to engage with our beneficiaries, supporting them to identify and achieve their aspirations for themselves and for their families. Adopting a holistic, long-term approach, she will support beneficiaries to develop the resources, skills and behaviours necessary to progress across the five pillars of our social mobility framework:
– Family stability
– Money management
– Resilience and well-being
Welfare and Housing Advisor
We are recruiting a Welfare and/or Housing Advisor to join our Women’s Services Team. Your role will be to provide high quality, effective information, advice and guidance in the areas of welfare benefits and/or housing to Baytree’s clients. You will work closely with our team of Social Mobility Coaches so that the advice you provide is embedded within a longer-term holistic programme of support for the women.
Chair of Trustees – voluntary position
We are looking for a volunteer to take on the important role of Chair of Trustees. The main objectives of this role are to:
Provide leadership and direction to the board of trustees and enable the Board to fulfil its responsibilities for the overall governance and strategic direction of the Baytree Centre.
Ensure that the Baytree Centre pursues its objects as defined in its governing document, and in accordance with charity law, company law and other relevant legislation and regulations.
Work in partnership with the Chief Executive / Senior Management Team to help them achieve the aims of the Baytree Centre, and to optimise the relationship between the board of trustees and the staff.
Facilitate the board of trustees in stimulating excellent, well-rounded and carefully considered strategic decision-making.
Promote and uphold the ethos/values and culture of the Baytree Centre
